Consultations are non-refundable once booked. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the fee.

Yes. After payment, you'll get an email with a context form. Architecture diagrams, code samples, error logs, screenshots, whatever's relevant. We read it before the session so we can use the time well.
Yes, up to 4 people on the call. More than that gets noisy. If you need a workshop with a bigger team, ask about a half-day or full-day engagement instead.
Book another session, or roll the conversation into a paid engagement. We don't run over the booked time.
Video call (Google Meet or Zoom — your preference, sent in the booking confirmation). Recording optional. We share the screen, sometimes draw on a whiteboard, sometimes work through code together.
If you engage Cloudsa for a project within 30 days of your consultation, the consultation fee is credited against the project invoice. Maximum credit is the cost of one consultation, regardless of how many you've booked.
